Take it slow. Be patient.

The promise of God is unconditional. Whether you like it or not, it will happen anyway. Now, why not be patient. And teenage-hood will come with a lot of pressures. They will pile on you; one after the other until you some how, unknowingly or knowingly, you give in.

What do you do then? As part of experience and good memory, get some sand or flour. Yes, right now if you can. Not too much. Pour it on the floor, table or anywhere comfortable.
You see, it is so humble, settled and peaceful. Now hit it with a palm of your hand.

What happened? Uh-hm. Not yet aware. But of course you are complaining about the chaos it has caused. Dirt. To me also it was dirt. But no, let us be optimistic this time. Let us not see dirt. Hit it again and look at the way it flies in air.

Give it some moments and then see if it will still be available in the air. of course not. It has settled again, though it has not left the flour the way it was.

This is how patience works. So much trouble, worry, excitement will come your way. It will find you peaceful, settled and untroubled. It will blow you up into pierces, small or big. Given time, it will slowly settle back. And the way it leaves you, will only be determined by you. You may choose to look at it as an opportunity, a lesson, a fault, disturbance or even a blessing.

So, take it slow. Whatever it is, wait patiently. Soon everything will come to an end without leaving any traces.
