Forced Leave.

It always come back to this. When you open up your blog, you don't plan to have these unneccesary breaks, but it happens. With babies, a home to run and a career to pursue, you always find yourself in a forced leave. But that's natural. I am not complaining, I am just talking about it.

And this happens to everyone once in a while. Yo find yourself in a thick cobweb of a break. Yo find yourself off truck when in fact yo have so much to do, think about, or give. What do you do? I would say nothing. It's a process, whose reason only God knows, but later in time, yo find that may be it was the best thing for you.

There is always time

Do you really know your best and worst friend? It is time. He will be your confidant if you are doing something you like; be it bad or good. But the moment you want something and it’s not available, he will be your enemy. He will tell you how much he is hurry, how he does not like to be delayed, how it’s either now or never.

And you want any problem with time; tell time to wait for you to get whatever you want.

Be slow! There is always time

Do you really know your best and worst friend? It is time. He will be your confidant if you are doing something you like; be it bad or good. But the moment you want something and it’s not available, he will be your enemy. He will tell you how much he is hurry, how he does not like to be delayed, how it’s either now or never.

And you want any problem with time; tell time to wait for you to get whatever you want. He will scare, intimidate and go ahead to threaten you. If not, he will advise you to put pressure on whoever to give you whatever you need as soon as now. 

Its not the circumstances, its you.

You have been conditioned to the world of blame. You blame the rain, the sun, the government, the friend and even your parents. Each time you want justification for the way you feel. And now, you find it convenient to getting used to blame the circumstances. But you better stop; because you are lying.

There is no problem out there.

Ready for God's tests?

And certainly, we shall test you with Something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives, fruits, ....(Quran: 2:155).

Growing comes with so much. But above all, it comes with challanges. Some are very open while some are not. Some of them may be that you start to feel inadequate, you lack food, money, beauty, intelligence, lose your parents, are forced to change school,  and so many others.

It is not a curse neither is it your problem. No.

Take it slow. Be patient.

The promise of God is unconditional. Whether you like it or not, it will happen anyway. Now, why not be patient.And teenage-hood will come with a lot of pressures. They will pile on you; one after the other until you some how,unknowingly or knowingly, you give in.

What do you do then? As part of experience and good memory, get some sand or flour. Yes, right now if you can. Not too much. Pour it on the floor, table or anywhere comfortable.

You are the best!

I hate to admit it. But the fact is, you are the best. Deny it or not, you are.

Many may try to deny it;  your mother, family and friends. But they do not have to admit it. They are not you. They are themselves. This is not their life. They have theirs they control. This is yours. And only yours.

Whether you are short, tall, dark, chocolate, name it, that is the best God wanted you to be.

You have to show love

All this time you have been a child. Now, as you mature into a young responsible adult, many challenges are coming your way. Something is expected of you. Not later, but now.

It is time to love. Forget the boyfriend, girlfriend love.

Who says its wrong?

Teenage hood is a time for seeking personal independence. You want it or not, it there will be no choice. The urge for independence will be more like a germinating plant. It will germinate anyway. And it will automatically come with authority.

And this authority comes with nothing other than contesting decisions.

As a teen, you may wonder on who has to say that this is wrong and this is right. Of course, it may be anybody or no body. But the facts are: It is either wrong or right.

Value Yourself

We live in the world of expectations. Each day that approaches, we sit and wait for some one to do, say, and appreciate us. But no. This has to stop. And you better stop it now.

As a human being, the price tag you attach to yourself, should only be determined by you.  Look at yourself every day in the mirror. Take time always. See all those features, curves and skin tone.Do you think you could have been better?

And who says that?

So far so good!

When last year was beginning, I went crazy; I made resolutions. I would open them up and remind my self that I will get them anyway. But I did not.

Something always came. What something? Do not ask me.  All I know, by the end of the year, I had not lived to my expectations.

Get me right. I do not mean the year was not good enough. It was. I achieved so much. And when I look back at it now, I could not have achieved any better.
Why? Of course there is an answer.
